I am so lucky that I stumbled across this great company! I was panicking b/c my apartment was a mess and I was moving out. I called them and they were able to get someone out in less than 24 hours! They stuck their original quote and there weren't any hidden fees or anything. Maid did such an amazing job cleaning from top to bottom, she was polite and friendly too. They even gave me tips to help keep my place clean in the future. I passed my final inspection with flying colors (got my security deposit back) and I owe it all to Mya Cleaning Services! The owners followed up with me the day of and the day after to make sure everything was satisfactory. I've never encountered such a customer service oriented company in Los Angeles that was so friendly, hospitable, professional, and overall fantastic! You can't go wrong with Mya Cleaning Services- you'll have an immaculate home and a smile on your face! Now I only wish they moved with me to Minnesota! I will say that Mya Cleaning Services had had the best customer service that I've ever dealt with. They have offered and outstanding level of customer service to my tenants in the building and to us the managing partner for the owners asset. Manager has always provided me the level of service that I expect. They have always been on time and always have communicated with me with their service.
