These guys did an INCREDIBLE job. The glass was cleaned so well that my husband actually convinced me for a sec that the large (usually disgusting) picture window I was looking at had been removed. I'm not kidding - it took me at least 1 minute to realize it was actually there. My friend just tried them after seeing my Instagram post of the "missing window" and she can't be happier! If I could give these guys more stars I would! The lady that answers the phone, Inga, went above and beyond to be helpful. In fact I was also looking for a company to pressure wash the exterior of my house and she went ahead and found a referral for me without me asking! That right there showed me that this company appreciates new customers and goes above and beyond. They washed all of my windows AND screens, put everything back neatly and it was spic and span. Hiring Big City Window Cleaners was a great decision! I had never used them before but I work with a long list of vendors, and not all can be counted on to be prompt and responsive AND do a good job. BCWC was easy to schedule, despite many property services vendors being swamped right now. They are competitively priced, but not "cheap", but you get what you pay for. Invoicing was easy - our office arranged the service, but they had no issue invoicing the homeowner directly (so much easier than me trying to be the middle man coordinating payment). Office staff are kind, responsive, and thorough!
