Mike was prompt, absolutely professional and extremely courteous. He took the time to go over everything step by step and answered questions we had. The process of trapping, removing, repairing and restoring was explained thoroughly.

These guys do amazing work. Show up promptly. And are super knowledgeable. They were able to humanely remove a skunk from our crawlspace without any spraying. Highly recommend Hawkins. 10/10.

Peter and Joel were amazing! Went above and beyond effort level to help us solve our problem. They have passion and really care about what they do and shared a lot of helpful knowledge. Excited to move forward with a plan to successfully treat our problem and I will definitely review again one our process is complete.

Connor and Joel were polite, professional and thorough. They showed all the areas where I had rodent issues and gave detailed explanations of their solutions. They inspected from the top of the roof to underneath the crawl space. I was impressed.
