Jennifer and Steve are amazing and incredible, I took CPO class with them 5 years ago, and here I’m again, enrolling for the second time. You can see how much they love what they do by the way they teach. If you are interested in becoming a great CPO I highly recommend taking training with Sherwood pool consulting group Inc you will truly appreciate it.

Steven saved my pool! When I first called him, I was frantic. My prior pool tech had let my pool become algae-filled. Steve calmly told me that he would take care of it; and he did. Replaced my salt cell and other components, ensured my water was sparkling clean. My system is very finicky and he and his people are really the pool whisperers.

I had a great experience ! Steve and Jennifer were great instructors they made sure we had an understanding of not only the information that would be on the exam but any and everything we may run into on the job ! I would definitely Recommend taking the cpo course with these guys !

Had a small emergency preventing our pool cover from closing, and Poolsafe was really accommodating fitting us in last minute. The communication was excellent - Shana was especially great and went above and beyond to help me, fitting us in quickly when we really needed it. She was a delight to work with. The service itself was outstanding and the area was left perfectly clean, which I really appreciated. The technician was professional and friendly. So happy to have this contact for all future pool cover needs/help!!

I am so pleased with how my pool cover turned out. Not only is it safe for my shoulder now, but it looks really beautiful too. The crew could not have been more professional and kind. They worked really hard and cleaned up after themselves as well. They were kind enough to show us how to use The pool cover and the mechanism and made the whole process super simple.

I just had Poolsafe replace my pool cover. The team that showed up were amazing, very courteous and professional. They did a very thorough job getting my cover replaced and all the parts of the motorized cover working smoothly again. I would highly recommend this company for any pool cover replacement, even if they did not install the existing cover.
