Friday morning I was in a bit of a panic when one of my garage door springs decided to brake into pieces. The door has two overhead coil springs and I needed help. A friend recommended Precision and I called hoping that I would not need to wait for more than the weekend to have a service rep come and replace the spring. I was more than surprised to hear that a technician could come that afternoon. Alexander arrived about 4 pm and recommended two new springs plus I should consider replacing the cables as well. I approved his recommendations and it took him about two hours to repair/replace the parts. He then carefully balanced the door so that the strain on the opener was minimal. He did an outstanding job. He is a true professional and I sincerely appreciated his attention to detail.

Great all around experience! From the added touch of sending a bio and picture about their Technicians, to the very professional yet personal interactions, and timely service. We are very pleased with our garage door installation. This company provided a very comprehensive "free" quote and fair price. No complaints. Highly recommend.

The motor on our garage door was not working well. Alexander was the initial Tech to assist but we were detained with an emergency and the job reverted to Tech Romero. Romero was very professional and pleasant to deal with. He recommended (2) options and we were satisfied with one of the (2) options provided.

Excellent, quick, efficient work by Samuel. Had a sagging garage door that wasn’t closing properly and he came out and diagnosed the issue and put a brace and got us back in operation within an hour. Samuel explained everything he was doing and how the door operates. Will definitely be calling again if we have any issues. Great service

Samuel was great. He was the best. He explained everything perfectly and he did a fabulous job. I would recommend him highly to install your garage door motor or anything else. He’s a wonderful human being and it was a blessing for him to take care of my garage door.

Alex was great. He came out the same afternoon I called. He explained why my garage door wasn’t working. He had the parts with him and did the repair quickly and made sure it worked.
