Khammron and his installation crew were top notch. They explained everything from what was going to be done, how long it would be and showed me step by step the process and the parts they were putting in. THEN when it was done walked me upstairs and outside to show the entire unit and explain what was exactly done. THEN Khammron came out after the great installation crew finished and cleaned up everything he double checked upstairs and outside and then ran both the heater and ac to make sure it was up to code. All I can say is wow. I felt like I was their sole customer and made me feel important.

Buddy, was very informative and efficient. He covered all basis and even cleaned up mess the other techs left behind. Thanks so much. He did an excellent job on all maintenance work. I would like more info on replacing and purchasing new AC unit including all discounts that I qualify for.
