ARS/Rescue Rooter Durham

ARS/ Rescue Rooter is my go to for all my heating and air conditioner needs. I had a tech by the name is Jason Stephens stop by today and he was so amazing!!!! He was so professional and was extremely knowledgeable of this work!!!? He was on time and very efficient!!!! I hope the next time that I have my maintenance check that I get Jason!! There are no words that could express how wonderful he is!!

ARS' service is great. Our electronic thermostat died. I called last night around 9 pm. Surprise! They were there to take my call and schedule a technician to come. The tech came the very next day within 15 hours of my call. Thank you for such great customer service.

Harley did a great job! I lost my diamond earring in the shower drain and they were able to come out right away. It was caught in the p trap thank goodness! ARS plumbing was definitely cheaper than calling to have my insurance cover the lost diamond.
