The best plumbers, really. Chris and team were true professionals. They called before they arrived, showed up exactly on time. Even called to say they were running to the store we will be gone for a bit. Job done faster than expected and very neat and clean work. Very fair price, also. Actually one of the most competitive bids. I would absolutely recommend Intelligent Design.

Exceptional customer service. I and my wife have been utilizing their business for about a year now. They do all of our maintenance checks and installs if needed. The entire team from the office to the techs are personable, knowledgeable, and care for their customers. The overall business model is led by an incredible husband and wife team with morals and values that are customer-centric. As a collegiate board member that helps create customer service curriculum, I recognize good customer experiences. Intelligent Design is one of them.

I loved the experience with this company, start to finish! I just bought my house, and it needed updates to the heating and cooling. I called and I was able to get an appointment for the next day for a consultation. Zack was incredible! I’ve never talked to someone with such a great attitude, and he has a story for everything! Had me laughing the whole time! He walked me through exactly what my options were, positives and negatives of each, and I even ended up picking the option I didn’t think I would (but is definitely a better fit for my lifestyle and home). When work started, Alex and Steve laid everything out for me. They were so professional, and everything looks wonderful! They were recommended by my family, and I would recommend them to everyone and anyone! Great company!
