Mario was great. He tried to get my 21 year old unit running for me so I could have a little more time to make a decision and get some replacement quotes on my system. The compressor ended up being toast. He put my old parts back on and didn’t charge me for the attempted repair he then provided estimates for three different systems that could fit my needs with an install day of tomorrow. Definitely a stand up guy and an amazing company.

We have been customers of One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning for years and have never had a bad experience. A power unit burned out on my heater and Gabriel came in, knew what was up, and got it done fast. Our heater is in a very inconvenient spot to work on, and he didn’t complain, but got the job done. Very kind and professional.
