He went out of his way to explain in detail the various issues that our system might encounter in the future and was very knowledgeable. We had just purchased this home and were unfamiliar with the systems. He had come in as part of a service check-up of our heating and cooling system and we were so impressed with his work that we brought in Rite Way to give us some information on other work that they could do for us as well. Tim Stiles did an excellent job cleaning the duct vents in my home. My house was built in 1947 but has never had her ducts cleaned. Tim was thorough, polite, and informative. He worked steadily & accomplished the entire job in 3 hrs! I’m satisfied that the job was well done. He was able to remove old rust left from my evaporative cooler, from decades ago! I would recommend Tim to anyone needing this kind of work done.

JP Pratt and Alex Grino did a fabulous job installing an exhaust fan in our master bathroom. It was a complicated install which included putting an exhaust vent through our roof, after installing the exhaust fan in the ceiling. They were meticulous in the work, and in the cleanup. We recommend them highly! They were a great team and a pleasure to be around.
Julian Waymire came into our home with a very professional manner and treated us like we were family. A very pleasant and a horrible situation was quickly rectified our overly long adventure that we were in. Our original water heater was replaced and our plumbing issue was taken care of. Curtis and Heather stopped by to talk about a new system. They were very professional, realistic, gave us several great options and the reasoning behind them. Every aspect I could imagine was discussed and I never felt like I was getting handled by a fly by night sales approach. In fact Curtis sold us a system for our previous house, which was ideal, and every bit of that transaction from meeting him, until the last worker left, was upfront and professional.
Yes Curtis Everitt did a great job. He provided needed information concerning our cooling/heating needs. (Mostly cooling) and different options we might want to consider. Curtis was very personable, and had knowledgeable information regarding our situation.
