We have used Russell's for several years. We are always pleased with their service. Our technician, Isaiah was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and checked both our furnace (gas) and our air conditioner unit. He explained everything very well. I would recommend Russell’s Heating and Cooling for your heating and cooling needs, the first call to set up a estimate for a HVAC replacement the representative was helpful with scheduling a estimate fast. Brad West who was the comfort specialist who came out and did a walk through just simply made everything so much easier. He was friendly, had great customer service, answered all our questions while doing the estimate and even over the phone and he worked wonderful with us in our financial area. The technician Chris and his crew who came installed the new unit and equipment were also friendly and did a amazing job!
