It was a very quick visit, but the purpose of it was just to determine if the toilet was fixable or not. The technician took a quick look and said, "You either need a whole new parts assembly or a new toilet." The parts for my toilet are very hard to find and he told me that he knew of a few places that may carry them. He was only there to look, now it is up to my home warranty company to come through for either parts or a new toilet. The technician was quick. Only here about 5 minutes. I guess that was all that was necessary for this part of the process.

These guys have proven to be reliable and qualified to solve all of my HVAC and Plumbing needs. When I've tried to use other servicers I ended up calling Supreme to fix what others have installed incorrectly, or simply have not known how to resolve the issue.
