I needed to push out my scheduled appointment for an hour later. They were able and happy to work that out to accommodate me. Total Air is great to work with. Used Total Air & Heat for years when I lived in Dallas previously. Moved back after 12 years & called them as soon as I had an issue. They repaired A/C & I signed up for twice a year preventive maintenance & they’re great. All techs have been polite, take time to answer questions & thorough. Pete has been on the twice a year service frequently & was here today. Lots of good information & great service.

We’ve been using Total Air for years. Great service all the time. Most recently our upstairs furnace stopped working while the temps outside dipped below freezing. Carl was quick to come out, arrived on time, quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem and our home is warm again. Thanks again Carl and Total Air.
