Mindful Hypnotherapy of San Francisco

I felt very comfortable with Kathleen, she is really warm and inviting and set me at ease right away. I liked how she explained everything before we started, as this was my first experience with hypnosis -- or hypnotherapy. Basically Kathleen used guided relaxation (and probably a bunch of other techniques I wasn't even aware of) to help me get into a state of intense concentration, and focused attention to achieve a heightened state of awareness. The concentration we achieved together was so strong it totally blocked out anything else going on around, including any distracting thoughts. It was a much more powerful concentration then I typically am able to achieve when meditating. Then Kathleen guided my focus / attention on a couple specific thoughts / tasks that we outlined at the beginning in our discussion. My experience with Kathleen enabled me to perceive some things differently and gain insight that was subtle and previously drowned out by my conscious mind. I'm a pretty happy, positive person in general, and this experience made me feel even lighter and happier with myself. I could totally see how someone who was stressed or had a lot of on-going anxiety could really benefit from Kathleen's trained guidance towards peace. Highly recommended.

I had my first session with Kathleen as a meeting in-person, because I was not sure about doing therapy sessions just online. It turned out online works out amazingly for me. It was just the same than an in-person work. In fact, it was even better, because I could stay home and safe the travel time. Also it accommodated my travels oversees so much better, and I still could have a therapy session. In addition I only had 5 weeks over the summer to work with Kathleen and I was able to accomplish a lot. Therefore I would highly recommend Kathleen and her practice and would always come back for more help. She was very nice, easy going and taking my fears away. I could talk to her about everything and felt safe and taking care of with my problems. Thank you very much Kathleen.

I've heard of hypnotherapy for years however had not tried it until I met with Kathleen. She is very nurturing and patient and removed any concerns I might have had about hypnosis with her thorough explanation of the process. What was also nice is we did our sessions remotely as we live in different states. If you are considering hypnotherapy I would absolutely recommend Kathleen.
