I ordered my wife's engagement ring online and made special requests that were taken care of with excellence. My wife still loves the ring. The white gold has held up great. The diamonds still the same as the day they arrived. They had great customer service and maintained contact even after to make sure we were satisfied. One of my best jewelry purchase experiences.

I am so pleased with our purchase the customer service. My local jeweler in Ohio could not get us the wedding band that matches my engagement ring. I was able to find it on line with Ben Garelick. I messaged them and they confirmed that day they could get it. They sent a link to purchase and I took advantage of the coupon they offered. The ring arrived promptly this week and is beautiful. I am still waiting on the engagement ring I ordered from my local jewel. I should have ordered that from Ben Garelick too!

My husband bought my engagement ring here, so we came back for a coordinating band. Such amazing help going through options, trying things on. They even let me go outside to see the ring in the sunlight to be sure I loved it! They also provide complimentary cleanings of my rings and other jewelry on a regular basis and caught when I had a bent prong on my big diamond! I will always recommend Ben Garelick Jewelers!
