Starting with the bad, they don't have a returning customer policy. My girlfriend and I bought 3 rings and each time we returned we were treated like new customers. Your returning customers should be treated with priority because they're always going to be your serious buyers. Putting that aside, Brilliant Earth customer service matches the quality of their rings, unique, exquisite, perfection, you won't be disappointed. I've shopped around at many jewelers around DC and online and Brilliant Earth has the biggest selection of premium unique rings to suit any taste.
