During my visit at Matress warehouse in north west dc 14 th st .. My sales person was. Gideon he made my day his customer skills was amazing,, I purchased a king size mattress and his ideas &. Thoughts were very helpful, he has a great positive attitude and great skills dealing with customers very patient I would definitely come back..I also would refer friends to this location I compared to other locations this is the best one.

The customer service at the mattress store was excellent. Cemal was efficient and knowledgeable. I appreciated that he didn’t use high-pressure sales tactics or try to upsell. He was also very courteous and amiable. The delivery men went above and beyond. They called before their arrival and arrived on time. They brought up the mattresses under difficult circumstances so I am very appreciative. Thanks, guys.

Had a great experience at Mattress Firm. Sean was a great salesperson. He followed up appropriately after first visit but not too aggressive. I shopped at other places but none of the salespeople were as enthusiastic or knowledgeable. I also thought the value for the money at Mattress Firm was best.

Sean at Mattress Firm Dupont Circle was awesome--he processed my order and answered all my questions. This will be my second purchase through MF and I've been very happy both times. Will update after the mattress is delivered.
