IMPERIAL AUTO BODY REVIEWS

Not your average auto body shop in all the best ways. All the staff we dealt with were straightforward, polite and efficient. The reception area was clean and welcoming. Never saw a single worker just sitting around. They were very communicative and explicit on what was being done, when. My vehicle was completed 4 days earlier than the initial timeline and everything looks great. They even washed the car to include vacuums and seat cleaning. I hope to not have more collisions in my future but if I do, I won't go anywhere else in the DMV.

These guys are professionals — quick, transparent, and handled the insurance stuff without any hassle. Luis was awesome about emailing me instead of calling (I’m deaf), and Saul didn’t pressure me when I passed on some extra work they suggested. Car came out looking brand new, which takes the sting off the insurance deductible. I also had good experiences with their Rockville location years ago.

10/10! Definitely recommend coming for repairs. It was my first time coming here for my car. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Thanks to Luis and the rest of the staff. My brother has come here for a lot of other repairs for his car. The one who usually works on his car Brice recognized us upon arrival. Thanks again.

CRASH CHAMPIONS COLLISION REPAIR NORTHWEST DC REVIEWS

Had the best experience at Crash Champions Collison Repair. My car was stolen -- the sunroof was smashed and there were also damages to the outside. We had it towed to Crash and they did an incredible job. Aria managed my repair and was extremely nice, helpful, and responsive. He provided multiple updates along the way. The manager, John, was also extremely kind and helpful. He even took my car to get gas as it had 0 miles left in the tank after being stolen. The repair is perfect and my car looks and smells brand new. I could not recommend this place enough. Thank you all so much.

The customer service provided by Aria was superb. He explained the process through clearly and make me feel at easy with their service. The shop repair my car very fast, in 2 days!!! I definitely recommend Aria and Crash Champions.

Used through my insurance for body work. They were helpful and even assisted with rental. I was able to drop off rental at their yard when vehicle was ready which was convenient.
