Another great neighborhood repair shop service! Chris and Ray in the office along with the mechanics in the shop once again got our 1994 Ford Ranger back on the road within a day. This time a new starter - hey the last one lasted 30+ years! Also shoutout to Steve at Charles County Towing for the tow but more importantly crawling around underneath the engine to make sure it wasn’t just the solenoid. Great effort.

10 Street Automotive came in clutch when I needed someone to look at what was wrong with my car late on a Saturday afternoon. The service was incredibly courteous and kind, pricing was reasonable, and assessment prompt. The fact that I don’t live in the area didn’t deter any of the things mentioned above. If you need regular maintenance or have a car emergency I recommend you trust your car with them.

This place is the best! My car was making some funny sounds and shaking when I got over 65 mph, so I brought it in to see if they could figure out what was wrong. Chris explained the assessment process clearly and they sent me a full diagnostic report less than three hours after I dropped the car off detailing their findings with pictures and videos. Their prices were fair and they knocked the work out quickly. I'm very happy with my recent experience and will definitely be back the next time I have car troubles.

The best mechanic in the DMV!! I’m convinced they’re the only reason my 2005 Jeep is still running. They are kind, explain things I don’t understand, and offer multiple options at different price ranges with recommendations that usually aren’t the most expensive option. They’ve worked with both me and my partner to problem solve and went out of their way to help by ordering him a suspension set from reputable used parts sellers instead of buying one new so we could afford to fix it. I’ve never felt pressured by anyone there and they usually turn your car around in less than 24 hours. I could sing their praises all day long.
