This is a wonderful store, and shopping there is a fabulous experience! Everyone from the reception we received to our designer, Daren, was vested in finding exactly what we needed. I must add that every single chair in the dining section upstairs was comfortable, which made it very hard to choose. And, unlike other stores, we were able to see all of the available dining chairs in one area of one room, all lined up to try. We thought the task would be daunting, but with Daren's help, we chose the right chair, the Afton. He even looked up, online, the table we had purchased at another store to make sure it would work with the chairs. When the chairs arrived, they were in perfect condition, and very securely packaged. Thank you Daren most sincerely, and Room and Board!.

Amanda Walburn is the design associate who helped us with our family room and it was one of the best furniture design and buying experiences of our lives. She helped us in person to understand spacing and arrangements at first, following by piece and color/material selections, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. She was VERY responsive by email afterwards, sending helpful 2d and 3d models of our space with each edit. I don’t know what the promotion structure is at R&B but Amanda needs to be recognized and moved up. She solidifies our decision to keep our home almost exclusively furnished by R&B.

I spent roughly 3 hours here today and could not have felt more welcome. Right from the beginning Amanda was so thorough, helpful, and knowledgeable. Each floor had amazing employees who truly seemed to like their job. I was able to go back and forth through the whole building trying out each variation of the furniture and finally settled on my new couch! They got a new customer for life, and it seems like they really stand by their products.

I usually shop online, butI recently had the pleasure of experiencing excellent customer service at this crate and Barrel. Jonathan went above and beyond to assist me and make my shopping experience exceptional. I also want to commend the exceptional service provided by the store manager Liza. Despite the "final sale" policy, she went above and beyond to accept my return. Her flexibility and understanding of my situation left a lasting positive impression. I'm truly grateful for their customer-centric approach, and I'll continue to be a loyal patron of this store. Thank you for the outstanding service!.

Liz D. came to my rescue when a 3rd party courier service lost a Christmas present! I can't say enough about how professional she was throughout the entire dramatic ordeal. Liz honestly saved Christmas. I've been a customer of Crate for quite some time. I even worked for the company many moons ago. I was astounded by how swiftly Liz handled everything, and she did it during THE MOST busiest time of year!.

Very modern and beautiful. I like this place a lot. You will never walk out empty handed. Update: the more you go there the more you find good stuff. It is a great place to shop with good sales people and staff. They are so kind and friendly and always helpful.

We had an amazing experience in store with Candace! She answered all of our questions regarding fabric, provided multiple swatches for us to take home, made sure we received a promotion that was currently going on, and was accommodating when we changed our minds from the Lewis sectional to the Briar with storage ottoman. She kept us informed on the status of our order at all stages. The delivery process was quick and smooth, and we all love the new couch.

As soon as I entered the store, I was greeted by a staff member with a smile on her face and she immediately asked me what she could do to help me. Very personable and knowledgeable of what Joybird has to offer. She made it alot of fun to find out what I was looking for and what the best options were. I really like the style of the furniture and I left with a loveseat on order!! I'll be back soon for a chair or two.

I had a phenomenal experience at Joybird in DC! Every sales associate / design consultant was knowledgeable and approachable and the store was clean and inviting! Brandy was amazing and answered all my questions. She was able to help me figure out what I wanted and make an exciting purchase. Big thank you to Brandy, Tay, and the whole Joybird DC team.
