3 Best Hotels in Washington, DC

I’m absolutely loving my stay here! This is my first time experiencing a Grand Hyatt with club access, and I honestly can’t say enough good things. Before arriving, I reached out with a few questions and every staff member I spoke with was incredibly kind and responsive. The club-level breakfast is truly next level—they really know how to make guests feel special. Mei and Nancy have been especially wonderful, going above and beyond during both breakfast and afternoon snacks. One of the highlights was when a employee even brought treats to my kids in the room, which was such a thoughtful touch. We’re still here now, but I’m already looking forward to coming back. I highly recommend this hotel, especially with its amazing location so close to all the museums.

The Hyatt stood true to its excellent service and upscale atmosphere. Hotel staff was extremely helpful and allowed me to check in early after a long morning of traveling. Had my room cleaned daily and they worked around my hectic tourist schedule. They also provided some plastic cutlery late Sunday night so I could finish my meal. Nice sheets, with comfy pillows, and all bathroom amenities provided except toothbrush and toothpaste. This hotel is centrally located, about a block away from Metro Center train station. 10-12 minutwes from National Mall. Overall this was a great stay and I look forward to coming back.

Room was pristine when I arrived and the bed was very comfortable. Room layout is good so I was able to get some work done during my stay. The staff are very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. The Starbucks off the lobby is good, and the Cure Bistro food and service are excellent.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Washington Hilton and was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. The accommodations were comfortable, and the amenities provided were good. The hotel's location is excellent, offering convenient access to transportation options. What truly stood out, however, was the professionalism and attentiveness of the staff. A special mention goes to Ms. Isabel, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible.

I had the most WONDERFUL check in experience. Tabitha was hands down the warmest and friendliest guest service agent I've encountered. She ensured that I got to my room quickly and explained all the perks of my stay. I would absolutely choose this hotel again and any Hilton as a result of her kindness and professionalism. Kudos to her.

The location is great. There are many places to go easily within walking distance. Yet the best part is the service. Everyone there was focused on making it an enjoyable experience for us. I highly recommend this Hilton location.
