The staff is very helpful in providing options to accommodate to your needs and very helpful in trading any pieces of gold in old jewelry or dental gold to credit to your purchase. They are willing to modify the size of a chain, create a new jewelry piece or order for you something you want that they do not have immediately available in the store.. I have been helped by a different staff member every time and have the same high opinion of each one of them. Sorry I did not know about them for the previous 9 years that I’ve lived in Florida .

Zach is my favorite employee, very knowledgeable and educated, as well as patient because I tend to spend an hour plus in the store each visit and the average person would likely pull their hair out dealing with me but not this guy! Go give them a visit but leave me some nice coins in the case please.
