Dana is amazing! I have quickly fallen in love with the staff at Moseley's. They are professional, courteous & very knowledgeable. They offer excellent customer service. During my first visit I met John Moseley. I instantly felt like I had known him my entire life. I was nervous & apprehensive about what I needed to have done & he made me feel totally at home. No question seemed unreasonable for me to ask. Since dealing with a John I have met Dana. She has assisted me several times. She shows a lot of initiative and her determination to offer the best service ever is an asset to Moseley's. She sets a standard others would be wise to Imitate. Went in to have my husbands wedding band resized and John Moseley was there to help us! Everything about our experience was fantastic! The customer service was prompt, friendly, and personable! John even offered to clean both of my bands while we were there! Overall would highly recommend this jeweler and we will definitely be back for our next cleaning or jewelry services.

Went to Moseley's in Lexington, SC to have a watch battery replaced in my watch. The employees were very helpful and quickly replaced my battery. I was very impressed at the excellent customer service they offered to me for such a small matter. I've used them several times to repair jewelry and watches. I've always been very pleased with their service.
