If you live in Richmond you need to make Schwarzschild your go to jeweler! They have a high end selection but also cater to any price range. As a young adult, I so often leave jewelry stores feeling undervalued and judged by my budget. My sales rep Danny completely changed that by his kindness and attention to detail. He even offered complimentary cleaning of my engagement band while I was checking out for another resize. Even though I got my engagement ring at another jeweler in town, I plan to get our wedding bands with Danny. He has been so wonderful in giving me the time of day and is incredibly knowledgeable. Schwarzschild truly understands the concept of life time customer value! I plan to make them my go to from now on.

Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable on jewelry and watches. They have a variety of jewelry pieces from diamonds to gemstones to new and pre-owned watches - you name it, they got it. Went to get my watch resized, and Wren was able to do that in a heart beat and it was free. Highly recommend this place.

Andrea was extremely helpful in designing our engagement ring as well as very communicative in the payment process. If we had any questions she would always respond promptly and was a pleasure to speak with every call. Not only was Andrea very helpful but the ring that Schwarzschild made was gorgeous and Andrea gave us tips on taking care of the fragile gems.
