I have never enjoyed going to the dentist. It’s always been a dreadful event that I would put off as much as possible, but not anymore. I love the staff at Hertel Family Dentistry. Dr. Samad is thorough and explains what she’s doing as she does it. Her thoughtfulness has completely eliminated my fear and I appreciate their kindness so much.

I love Dr. Samad and her team. I’ve gotten extensive dental work (fillings and an extraction) as well as cleanings for myself and my family and the experience is always pleasant. Val, at the front desk is super friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. I definitely recommend.

If you're looking for a very polite and professional Dentist, Hertel Family Dentistry is the place.

I just went to my first appointment at Inspire Dental Buffalo and was pleasantly surprised by the great service I received. I had been to other Inspire Dental offices for years but hadn't been to this location. It was easy to get to, very nice inside and the quality of cleaning I got from my hygienist Laurel was outstanding. She was thorough, gentle and very informative about explaining the reasoning behind the importance of technique, etc. I will definitely be returning.

I am so impressed with the quality of the staff, the professionalism of everyone, and the cleanness of the place. My hygienist Angie was amazing, taking good care during my cleaning and listening to my dental's needs and giving me important tips to keep my oral hygiene pristine.

Very comfortable and polite service,well trained staff and great follow up after tooth extraction. Thank you so very much for helping me get through this process.

ALWAYS treated with kindness by everyone! Dr. Kolber and his staff are very knowledgeable! I'm claustrophobic and they always check in to see how I am doing. I took a different route to the office today and took a wrong turn. The lovely ladies guided me to the office with kindness.

The staff are very welcoming and supportive. The office is maintained meticulously. The Dr. Is very reassuring and always explains everything that's being done so you feel comfortable with the whole situation.

I have been going to Buffalo Dental group for over 30 years. I keep going back because I trust the work of Dr Kolber and his staff on Englewood. All the gals are awesome.
