You are consistently available to address any questions or concerns and are very flexible when it comes to arranging appointments. From the minute you walk in, you are offered the most sincere welcome from staff, and I always walk out of there feeling amazing. And I cannot forget to mention Jillian.. who has the warmest smile. Both you and Jillian have made something truly special for the community. I am grateful to be part of the Luminescence family.

Wonderful experience with Jillian! She was so knowledgeable, patient and she was very friendly. Very informative, as she told me every step of what she was doing. Jillian knows her stuff and is very good at explaining every detail and answered all my questions. Wasn’t nervous after meeting her because I knew I was in good hands. Easy to schedule with and studio was warm and welcoming with personalized gift bag.

Michael is amazing!!! From the moment I walked in, he made me feel comfortable and cared for. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and takes the time to explain everything clearly and thoughtfully. I left feeling confident and truly appreciated the experience! Definitely a 5-star visit.

Melanie was wonderful to work with. She explained the process and my daughter’s first of three sessions went well. She was most excited about the goodie bag she received.

Veronica is very knowledgeable about skin care and customizes my routine for my skin. I always look forward to my monthly appointments since she has the best technique for massaging my face, neck and shoulders. Can’t say enough about my treatments and Veronica.

Friendly lovely ladies, restful pretty spa, did a good job.

I had the best experience here! I got my first lip flip done by Chelsea and she was the sweetest. Helped keep my nerves down about the process and was patient with my questions. The space as well felt very welcoming. Highly recommend.

Chelsea is such an experienced, skilled injector. . She really tries to understand my goals, and is deeply familiar with skin of color. Highly recommend.
