West Side Pet Clinic has the absolute very very best pro furbaby patient and it's family oriented clinic there is ! They bend over backwards to get the care that their patients furbabies need. In my 64 years I have encountered many Veterinarians and their Staff and I have never ever never found one that cares as much as West Side Pet Clinic does ! These people are the very very absolute best, they go Way above and Way beyond what is needed and expected of them Thank You Everyone to the Veterinarians and Staff.

Had the best experience here. The staff was super friendly and helpful, to the point even my cat started to like being there. He got so much love and attention which made him feel very comfortable. Staff was not condescending but very helpful and understanding. Also great prices. Cost me way less than anticipated. Highly recommend.

I had another vet prior, but when it came to the necessity of my 7 year old cat having a $$ dental exam/surgery, I knew I had to at least shop around. Buffalo Small Animal Hospital definitely impressed me throughout this process. We were given an appt a week after I called, and the entire situation was resolved in ~3/4 weeks. Their space is comfortable yet modern, not sterile, and every single employee I interacted with was caring for my fur baby, but also kind, patient & respectful to me and my husband, and I had a lot of questions for sure (special thanks to Angeline and Caitlin at the front desk!)! There was an initial exam, a quick bloodwork visit, a whole day there for his procedure with drop off around 8am and a negotiable pick up time, then a follow up visit. They gave me take home treats for him to make sure he was pampered a bit and I was more than happy with the overall total price considering how many teeth he had removed. Highly recommend the Buffalo Small Animal Hospital team. P.s. very notable that parking and access was easy right off Linwood.

I've been coming here for sometime now and as always, I'm always pleased with the high quality loving care my dogs receive. Just recently they saved my girl life and I'm forever grateful. They are welcoming, professional, caring, understanding, knowledgeable, and cost effective. I am very thankful for the care my girls receive by the Doctors and the staff.

My little kitten had an emergency, and I didn't have enough money to cover the full cost of the required surgery. However, the staff at the clinic were amazing and very kind. They opened a door for me, and I am truly grateful for their understanding and support. Although things didn't work out as I had planned, I am very happy to know that the kitten has found a forever home where she will be well taken care of. Thank you so much for everything! I will definitely bring my other cats here in the future.
