If I could give this place 1 million stars I would! As I sit in my car crying right now because I just picked up my beloved bearded dragon Chef’s remains they were so attentive as my son had to make the hard choice of putting him down last week, the doctor and staff were so kind to him and did not make him feel like he was neglectful towards his animal at all which my son felt like he was because he got sick out of nowhere, they walked him through the whole process, and they even casted chef’s unique arm with his tail for my son to have and put him in a beautiful wooden box. I cannot thank you enough for making this as easy as possible for us.

From the initial call, to the handling of remains the whole process was easy, and transparent. This is the only hospital that would take my injured duck, who was attacked by a fox. I was seen quickly, reception was great and nice. The tech was very helpful. The vet was very gentle, but thorough. The vet gave me several options for care, prices were transparent, and there was no pressure. The remains were even places in a very nice case. If I ever need any avian care I'd go here.

Everyone there is truly amazing and compassionate people. My family has been going there for years and we recommend City Creatures to anyone looking for a vet. We currently have a 4 yr old cat, Gus, who is experiencing some serious health issues. The vets have been so helpful and knowledgeable, and I know are doing what they can to save our Gus' life. We appreciate them so much.

West Side Pet Clinic has the absolute very very best pro furbaby patient and it's family oriented clinic there is ! They bend over backwards to get the care that their patients furbabies need. In my 64 years I have encountered many Veterinarians and their Staff and I have never ever never found one that cares as much as West Side Pet Clinic does ! These people are the very very absolute best, they go Way above and Way beyond what is needed and expected of them Thank You Everyone to the Veterinarians and Staff.

Had the best experience here. The staff was super friendly and helpful, to the point even my cat started to like being there. He got so much love and attention which made him feel very comfortable. Staff was not condescending but very helpful and understanding. Also great prices. Cost me way less than anticipated. Highly recommend.

I was very nervous my Dog is my world. What a great experience. Staff super friendly. Dr. Carr amazing doctor. Listened to my concerns, my fur baby very shy, absolutely loved her. Totally at ease with this animal clinic. Thank you Thank you.

Absolutely wonderful, this was my first time at any animal hospital. The people were kind and gentle with my injured pet, I was freaking out I wouldn’t be able to afford taking her there , or there would be hidden costs , they were beyond fair with price , they took the time to answer my questions and concerns .My pet came back as expected. Thank you for helping Bibsy Bunny !! She’s more than greatful for all of you at Ellicott St. Animal Hospital.

The doctor and assistants are so very friendly and caring. Willing to explain what's going on as well as detailed treatment plan. They took their time with me and I was very grateful and happy that they are caring for my grandpup.

I have been taking my pets here for years. The staff is wonderful and always very loving to my dogs. When I need prescription refills, they always reply quickly. Very happy every time I go there.
