The process of finding the right mental health provider is not easy. I hope this review can help others in their search. Russ is compassionate, soft spoken, friendly, uplifting and pragmatic. He helped my teenager with anxiety issues to go back to normal life and fly solo in less than 3 months. He is a person of faith and this can be a plus if religion is important for you, nevertheless, my observation was that his counseling was not biased, and he offerers to integrate Christian ideals only if desired, so it should not be a deterrent if you are not a believer. He made the whole process easy. When we met him I literally felt a weight being lifted off my shoulders. We are forever grateful. I hope you find what you need. And if you don’t, keep looking until you find a good match. There is always hope. It takes courage to ask for help. You are worthy. You don’t have to do it alone.
