10/10 experience. I was running late ( gps is not great inside the mall) they gave me a call, was very understanding when I finally figured out where I needed to be. Everyone who works there was very kind, friendly, helpful. Made getting a new pair of specs easy, stress-free and efficient .

I love going to Lens Crafter, everyone is so welcoming. They are very professional and very helpful with the whole process, from exam to picking out frames. I love working with an employee named Linda there. wonderful worker.

The Doctor was very nice and explained everything she was going to do! I was very happy with her!.

I've been coming here for my eyecare since 2018, and have always been very happy with the service and quality of care. They have a friendly, knowledgeable staff, and hardly any turnover, which means that you get to know them and they get to know you. They have later afternoon hours as well as mornings, which I found really helpful when my teaching schedule wasn't very flexible. They have a nice selection of frames, if you want glasses, and will even use your old frames for new glasses (with a waiver stating that there's the possibility of breakage, which is very reasonable given some of the ways that some modern frames are made). They're also really good at reforming glasses that have been bent out of shape by over exuberant dogs and the like. I've got my appointment for next year, and I expect to keep coming back.

My visit with the store manager Brandon was one of the best retail experiences of my life!! He helped me pick 3 gorgeous pairs of glasses that were perfect for me. I can’t wait to go pack to pick them up and look at the Buffalo Optical Museum set up in the store!!.

Dr. Burstein is fantastic. I have trichiasis so I'm there three to four times a year. I'm always treated with respect and compassion. The office personnel are smart and kind. I've been going there almost 10 years.

Dr Bench is the best, he has been my eye doctor since I was a teenager and he has always been so helpful. He has the best personality, is always honest & very informative. I never feel rushed, he always listens & is very patient. It’s always a great experience when I see him & his staff!

Dr. Bench is the best. I couldn't imagine going to another Dr. I have long felt uncomfortable with male providers, but he has been the exception to the rule. He is kind, talkative and genuinely cares for his patients. Highly recommend!.
