The overall experience was excellent. I was in need of some guidance as Matthew the electrician technician was able to have my GFI outlets upgraded and installed a surge protector to my breaker system where he educated me on the different circuits within my house. He was patient, knowledgeable and offered different plans so I can choose what works best for my circumstances. I appreciate his support and would recommend schedule another service done. Ray was awesome! We were having issues with our main breaker and lost all power. I called and they originally only had an appointment available for the next day, but when I explained the need for urgent repair, they sent Ray over in less than an hour even though he was headed home for the day. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and fixed the issue. So thankful for him and this company! They go above and beyond for their customers
