Caleb was great! He explained everything he did - BEFORE he did it! He explained why the repairs needed to be done, and what was involved...and everything was explained in detail. He was honest and transparent about everything he did, he provided me with "BEFORE and AFTER" photos of all his work, as well - I feel very confident about his workmanship AND knowledge! Caleb was very courteous and professional the entire time, and always kept "open communication" with me. He was also very punctual. He cleaned up completely before he left for the day. I am a first time home buyer, and this is the first time I have been solely responsible for all repairs to my home. Caleb made the entire experience run smoothly! Thank You, Mr. Electric for having an electrician like Caleb on your staff to perform such an important service!! We called Mr Electric for some electrical work on a small condo we use as a rental. The unit was built in 1980 and was apparently wired by monkeys. Andre arrived, gave a quote, did the job, and we are very happy with the results. He was prompt, tidy, explained everything and was very professional.
