I ordered a floral arrangement for a friend undergoing surgery at the Cleveland Clinic. My friend was being discharged early so I called Cloud Florist and was able to move up the delivery time without any issues. My friend sent me a photo of the arrangement when she received it. It was absolutely beautiful. Even nicer than the photo I saw of the arrangement on the website before ordering!! I'm a very satisfied customer!
Such friendly, helpful and polite people. Flowers I ordered were delivered to Cleveland Clinic within a few hours after ordering them! They were beautiful and exactly what I asked for - right down to the pink and white polka dot ribbon! Definitely recommend Cloud Florist.
Wonderful people, the flowers were absolutely beautiful! And they were able to deliver the flowers quickly to the hospital before he was discharged!
