Scott C. The tech arrived during scheduled time frame and called ahead to advise when he was on the way. Explained the product we purchased and was able to answer all of our questions. Installation was done great and even resolved some of our existing issues to make sure the product performed as should. Quick service and friendly professional work. I would recommend American Lock & Key for any of your home door locks and I have also had them make a car key for me instead of using the dealership which saves money. Please note we went before installing to the business location to pick the product that we wanted.

Had a 100-year-old door latch that needed a new spring/coil. They had the part I needed and installed it for me and made sure it worked. He even took the latch and used a machine to clean all the old paint off the brass! Looks beautiful. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend.
