I called and they got me in very quickly. The gentleman who came out was very informative of what was needed and was very helpful when I couldn’t find my registration. He was able to get into my car, change the lock, program my keys, and make me two new keys in less than 45 minutes. The service was fantastic and I couldn’t have been happier during such a stressful time.

So impressed with this service. Fast, friendly and very reasonably priced. We made an overnight stop in Indianapolis on a cross-country road trip and lost our keys — on Memorial Day! Despite it being a holiday, MLI was so helpful and relatively fast to dispatch. I was so thankful to find out that they could provide and program a new key fob for my push to start vehicle. It took him less than thirty minutes start to finish. I HIGHLY recommend them!!

The process was so smooth! From calling and instantly getting a text confirming my location and clear communication of a 20 minute wait (which I was shocked it was so quick!), to a polite, clean cut young man arriving and getting our stubborn storage unit lock off — I was so happy with the service! After I paid, he was leaving and saw me and my friend struggling to open the unit door, he stopped, got out and helped us getting it open! 10/10 recommend!
