This job was a simple replacement of the seal at the base of the toilet. Marty did a great job explaining what we needed (the cutoff valve at the back of the toilet was leaking too, which I hadn't noticed). He explained various options for doing the work, got approval for the chosen options, and then had the job done in about two hours. Everything was done beautifully, and the post work cleanup was immaculate. Great job, again! Happy to give it five stars.

This was my first time calling my plumber because of the old hot water heater. And I was quite satisfied. My service tech was on time, explained the problem (what, how and why) very well, took the time to ensure I understood, explained the company's part of the overall solution, and presented the company's payment options. I was happy after day one of this job. I'll certainly call upon the team again.

I called to schedule an estimate to have an old swamp cooler, waterline capped. They came out, same day to give me an estimate and were able to do the work right way. Andy was our Technician and he looked at what we needed done I gave us an estimate right away and did excellent work with capping the line.
