Donovan came on a Saturday on short notice and replaced our water heater. It was a difficult job in an older home complete with old corroded fittings that required a great deal of skill to remove. That day we had a new water heater. He provided me with options on pricing and the price I picked is exactly the price I paid. I would also like to say that the woman who took my call in the morning did so with a level of courtesy and empathy I have not experienced before. My family and I are grateful to them both. I highly recommend Cals plumbing!

Install hookups for washer and dryer washer n bedroom hall closet. Had to reschedule initial appointment since other job took more time than allocated. Showed up on time for alternative appointment with good notice, worked all day and got the job done. Made useful suggestions and let me keep my old water heater. Nice to have careful professionals doing the job!
