Had an excellent experience with the company overall and especially Josh. He was very knowledgeable , intelligent, highly trained and friendly. He kept me informed of every step and every charge that may be encountered - highly transparent. They were able to accommodate a visit quickly. I was also impressed that they were able to locate a product I preferred to match what was being replaced (as opposed to what was stocked) and even through in back order miraculously were able to locate one and install It same day - talk about going above and beyond for customer service!!! There is no question that I will be a return customer! Art Rogers, Avid Plumbing, provided outstanding, friendly service and an excellent experience for me today when he fixed my hot water issue. He did a thorough and excellent diagnosis of the issue and explained it to me in detail, even drawing a diagram to help me understand it. He then did the needed repair right away and made sure my hot water was working correctly throughout my home before he left. A huge thank you to Art! I would highly recommend Avid Plumbing. In fact, I scheduled another appointment with Art at Avid Plumbing right away to replace an outdated toilet in March.

I was able to get an appointment within a couple of days. Their crew arrived in the timeframe as scheduled. They were respectful of me and my home. They did a great job communicating on the repair and got everything taken care of I was having issues with. I was also able to pay a reasonable cost on the spot so I didn't have to worry about paying a bill at a later time. Great experience, highly recommended.
