I had a new tankless hot water heater installed. Joey was polite and professional. The installation took most of the day but the company kept me updated with the progress. There was no mess to clean up afterwards, and the heater looks sleek on the side of our house. We are very pleased with the service recieved!

Noah was such a pleasant, respectful and polite young man. He is very professional and very particular in doing an excellent job. He is very detailed. He is definitely an asset to this business. I loved that the response to getting an appointment is very fast and the tech arrived when expected and worked the whole time he was here. This is a very professional business and the service from beginning until the end was friendly, caring and dedicated to getting your issue taken care of. Noah installed an under the sink water filtration system for me and Mr Rooter is also taking care of an outdoor leak. I highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs.

Ive had Mr Rooter come out 3 times to my home in the past couple years, water heater, leaky main water line, and a toilet. Fisher and Joshua both are great to work with, knowledgeable and personable. Best to both of them and will continue to use Mr Rooter.
