Ryan and John Michael did a great job and was a quick painless fix! The office was great about setting an appointment the same week, as I requested one for a later date but mentioned my availability and they were able to fit me in. I had a garbage disposal that I thought needed replacement. They came in, were professional, did not recommend a replacement as an option as it was going to run me closer to 300 dollars. Ryan dug his hand in, fished out a couple popcorn kernels, and gifted me a garbage disposal key to manually turn it should it happen again. In less than 10 minutes they had it running fine, taught me how to use the key, and started a run of the dishwasher for me. I appreciated the professionalism, communication and not trying to upsell me on a new one! Thank you to John Michael and Ryan! I would recommend Robinson's Plumbing without any hesitation to my family and my friends.

I have used Robinson Plumbing for several plumbing problems. The most recent involved replacing the main water line leading from my house to the City of Richmond water line. I want to give praise to everyone who was involved in helping me resolve this issue. The service and experience was excellent from start to finish. From my initial phone call for help to the final step. The team that day and into the night was: James, Austin and Reece. They were respectful through the many hours of work. They kept me informed continuously of their progress and the status of the job. They ran into some challenges working with the City utilities and were able to resolve them in what I observed were very collaborative resolutions. Thank you for an excellent completion of this job and all of the professionalism I witnessed.

Ryan Frederick was my tech & did a great job. Robinson’s came out to me with no prior notice during the Thanksgiving week (Black Friday) & fixed up a leaky pipe & slow spigot in a little over an hour. Great service. They get 5 stars from me. - Toni H
