Alfredo Zarate just left my home. He works for TLC. My furnace went out, and he took care of it efficiently and rapidly. He also fixed the lock on my front door, brought in my packages, and did everything with a smile on his face, and in the most gracious way possible. This might not sound like much, but for a single Female in a wheelchair, this was incredibly helpful and so needed. He truly went above and beyond….. Always with a smile and a beautiful attitude. Would you believe that before he left, he asked if he could do anything else for me? I’m sorry my furnace went out, but I feel so grateful and blessed that this young man came to the rescue.

From start to finish each member of their team was professional, they came out quickly when our heat was not working. They installed a completely new heating/cooling system with meticulous care. They answered all our questions and explained all the necessary repairs/replacements. We would highly recommend them and will use them in the future.
The water line to the house developed a leak over the weekend. They were able to promptly evaluate the leak on Saturday and schedule a repair for Monday. Freddie and his team did a great job getting it fixed. Everyone that I spoke with at the company was extremely friendly and professional.

ROTO-ROOTER REVIEWS
At 8PM on a Friday night, the main drain line in my house got clogged in the middle of a laundry cycle. The bathtub backfilled with black water and the toilet was completely out of commission. It felt like a mini disaster. I called several plumbers who claimed to have a 24/7 emergency service but no one was available. Roto Rooter was extremely professional, responsive, and sent out a plumber within the hour. They were super transparent about their fees and even let me know that any work past 10:30 PM has a doubled rate. The plumber worked for over an hour trying to unclog the drain but it had not resolved, which meant we were about to push past the 10:30 PM time. The plumber suggested that he return in the morning instead to save me money (and time at this point). Sure enough, he showed up bright and early the following morning and the problem was fixed. He also presented me with a cleanout package warranty option that no other plumbers had brought up to me before. I feel at peace knowing that my money isn't going to keep going down the drain (no pun intended) every time there is a clog and that I can rely on Roto Rooter to keep their word and be available when they are truly needed. I would recommend this company to anyone I know!
The crew at Roto Rooter are constantly professional, very competent, and friendly. We had issues with some equipment and they worked constantly to get it resolved, doing everything they could to make it right. I would absolutely use them again, and I have. Special shout out to Scott for doing everything he could to make sure we had water when we needed it.
We had a water main leak that started minor but was getting worse. They came out quickly, assessed the issue, gave an estimate and returned the next day. The completed the work and left our setup better than it was to begin with. They also adjusted the price down to match the work performed. Amazing service!!
