Scott arrived within an hour of an unexpected plumbing issue and did a fantastic job resolving the issue. He walked the house to understand the problem and then gave us potential options from more reserved to more involved. There was no pressuring or salesmanship and spent extra time educating us on some plumbing background that will be helpful moving forward. You never want to have to call a plumber at 9 o’clock at night but we’re very glad Scott answered the call and helped us fix the problem quickly and professionally.

Curtis was amazing. Very professional and didn’t talk above me. Talked me through everything that may be going on, gave me options, and didn’t push or pressure me into any services. Because of his approach I trust that he gave me fair pricing and work. He followed up on everything he said he’d do. Quickly cleared the clogs and cleaned up after himself. Great service! My technician made sure he was able to get my drain cleaned and cleared. Did what he needed to make sure our drain would be cleaned out properly before leaving. Technician didn’t stop until he was certain that our drain would not clog again. He was also very informative on what steps could be taken to improve proper drainage.
