I recently purchased a home in Richmond and the entire house was renovated including the plumbing inside the home. I started to have problems flushing my toilet or having an overflow when doing laundry. I started out with a "do it yourself" everything contractor and had no success. I decided to bite the bullet and call a reputable plumbing company. I first called Michael and Sons and they were unable to diagnose the problem on the first trip. They were charging around $700 to roto root my pipes. We finally determined that the problem was not inside the house but outside and the main sewer line was full of roots. Well, their quote was over $13K. I decided to get a second opinion and called Stemmle. I am SO glad that I did. They repaired the sewer and water line for less than half of what the crooks at Michael and Son were charging. Clint was the first employee that came out. Very nice and professional. He was also the main contact that continued to follow up and make sure I was satisfied. Andrew W. and George F. were the two professionals that did all of the heavy lifting. I highly recommend Stemmle Plumbing Repair. They came out to inspect sewer/septic issue on April 14, 2023 at home that my son & daughter in law were in process of purchasing. I want to especially mention a young man by the name of Aaron. I was so impressed with him. He explained everything and kept us all informed during their inspection. He was so professional, knowledgeable, and polite. Aaron and his team found the problem, explained issue and corrected issue. They are top notch! Thank you to Aaron and his team!
