Massage Therapeutic Arts

I spent a week in Buffalo for work and decided to treat myself to a massage. I decided to come here because I was close, the price seemed like a great deal, and it had good reviews. When I called, the receptionists were very friendly. I asked if they had any last minute cancellations I could help fill that day. They were eager to get me booked and I had an appointment at 11am. The space is professional but warm, and everyone was kind and respectful. My massage was so excellent that I decided to book two more sessions later that week (I had built up lots of tension from 15+ hour long drives and being on the road for two months). Each therapist I had was so kind and did an excellent job. There are some negative reviews on Google, but mainly from people who were angry about their 24 hour cancellation policy. However, as a freelance worker, I completely understand the need for this policy. If you cancel at the last minute, they cannot fill the spot you had reserved. And if they don’t charge you, then the massage therapist loses income. I understand there are unforeseen reasons for cancelling, but it is very reasonable for businesses like this to have a strict policy on last minute cancellations. Overall, I would love to come back and highly recommend this place to others.

My first time here. I was nervous because the reviews were mixed. I got a couples massage. It was nice. I wish I could recall the male masseuse, but the female was Raina, I believe. They were great. My significant other is finally considering getting a deep tissue, to help with back pain. Something I have tried to get him to do several times. The beds are heated, and instantly feel good.

I personally see Danny. I have seen him few times he does a wonderful job he has become my main person to do my massage. I wish I could give him a rating of a 10!! He is much appreciated!! Thank you Danny.
