Tom did an excellent job of explaining the differences in the mattresses. He asked about my needs then showed me some choices while pointing out it was up to me what feel and price point I was comfortable with. Absolutely no pressure. He was knowledgeable and polite. It turned out the mattress I got wasn't the right one for my back. It was my own fault. Was told it might not be the right one I should go for a medium firm but didn't do it. So I went back today and worked with Monika who helped me find just the right mattress, and there was no questions about trading it out for the one I have. I'm very pleased with their customer service.

I have bought all of my mattresses from Mattress Firm. They have a great selection and high quality on mattresses. I recently bought a Tempur-pedic cool gel, and now I bought a second mattress that’s a hybrid for my guest bedroom. Both are kings! I received a great deal on each mattress as a valued customer. Their staff, Tom and Rob, were very knowledgeable and friendly. I definitely look forward to doing more business with mattress firm in the future, I and highly recommend them.
