We went into Mattress Firm to just look at mattresses and having no idea what we were looking for. We talked to Terri and she was absolutely wonderful. She understood our likes and dislikes and found the mattress for us. She was very upbeat, friendly and personable. She new what she was talking about and the products they had. She made the whole process extremely easy and fairly quick. Next thing we knew we were paying for a mattress that gets delivered straight to our home with no extra costs. I definitely recommend.

The staff present were exceptionally professional. Boston and Wiley meticulously explained the different bedding options I was considering. Their comprehensive explanations played a pivotal role in my decision-making process, ultimately leading to my purchase of a mattress from Mattress Firm.

We had a problem with a mattress we bought about a year ago. The salesman in the store was able to give us a partial credit toward a new mattress. Very good customer service.
