I did a bit of research up front; so that I knew exactly what kind of guest bed I was looking for. I called the store and talked with Bob, who was very knowledgeable and helpful. I gave him my budget for it along with my requirements. He was able to offer up several choices for me. I came into the store the same day and bought my mattress.
