Fantastic experience. Cheryl did a great job supporting me through a very important decision given the financial investment. She owns the same mattress she was encouraging me to buy, so her personal experience was very helpful. She highlighted many of the features unique to this product, features important to someone of my advanced age. She also gave me the privacy needed to spend time considering the 3 options I was looking at. Lastly, she was welcoming, very friendly, funny, not pushy as sales associates can be, and I was more than pleased with the overall experience.
