Salesperson, Winston, was courteous, friendly, very helpful and described my various options. Winston was wonderful and I will not hesitate to return to Mattress Firm for any future needs. I definitely will praise him and the store to anyone in need of mattress, frame or bedding. I really appreciated Winston's assistance and do not have the true words to describe my experience.

Winston truly went above and beyond! I casually visited the store for a look around, and Winston graciously provided a tour. His approach made the entire experience relaxed yet very informative. I ultimately opted for a Stearns & Foster mattress with the zero gravity base, thanks to the ease and comfort he conveyed during the process.

I bought a mattress from Karen, she was so great to work with! Karen is so knowledgeable and showed us all of the options. I can't say enough good things about the North Haven store and wonderful customer service! Highly recommend all your mattress needs at this location. Thank you Mattress Firm & Karen.
