My wife and I went into the store a hour before closing and Ashley was amazing patient and gave us a full tour and an amazing experience while picking out our mattress. She was very attentive and knowledgeable about all the products offered at the store. It was overall a five star experience at this store. She is a great sales rep. Thank you very much we were able to close out our sale within a hour and a half.

Jared at the Newport News Sleep Number Store was amazing. He was helpful, knowledgeable and patient. He answered a lot of questions and managed two little kids beautifully. He closed the deal and we can’t wait for our new bed! The store was busy, the product felt amazing! We were not rushed. You need to try a sleep number.
