The store was very professional and courteous to us. The staff talked but we didn't feel pressured on buying anything. We had a thorough demonstration of their products and was very helpful in deciding what we bought. We came back the next day and purchased the items we chose. This store is highly recommended for anyone buying a high-end mattress set.

Chris was awesome! He was knowledgeable about the products and had valuable personal experience to steer us in the right direction. He was also incredibly patient with us as we had our two kids (jumping in test beds with us!) while shopping. We highly recommend Chris at Sleep Number Lynnhaven.

Amazing experience. Chris, the store manager, made us feel at home. Comfortable. No pressure. And she is up right on the mattress. Not the top or the line. The mattress that I liked. Cannot wait to sleep on my sleep number.
